Whether you are a performer, meditator, computer programmer or helping professional, you encounter intense situations in everyday life. The Mudra Space Awareness workshop combines Mudra work, a series of physical and vocal exercises derived from the Tibetan yogic tradition, with contemporary improvisational approaches to psychophysical theater, enhancing the ability to increasingly experience peace and happiness, even in intense situations. The practice uncovers subtle habits, encouraging letting go, creativity and joyful connection with each other and the world.
